Enforcement Chief Counsel
- Short Bio:Chris Perrin has an undergraduate degree in English and Economics from Wabash College. After graduating from the University of Chicago Law School, he clerked for the Hon. Richard D. Cudahy on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. In 2000, following his clerkship, Chris went to work as a litigation associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. In May 2010, after working in private practice at firms in New York and St. Louis and again in New York, he joined FINRA’s Department of Enforcement in Washington, DC. Chris moved to San Francisco in July 2015 and has been the Chief Counsel in FINRA’s West Region since May 2016.
