Maurizio Tallini
Maurizio Tallini has been Chief Compliance Officer of Domini Impact Investments and the Domini Funds since 2005. In his capacity as CCO, Mr. Tallini is an active member of senior management and is responsible for developing and administering Domini’s and the Domini Funds’ compliance policies and procedures and overall compliance program. Before joining Domini, he was venture capital controller at Rho Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the overall accounting and administration of various venture capital and private equity limited partnerships. Prior to that, he was a manager in the investment management group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he managed the completion of audits of major mutual fund complexes, private equity funds, and SEC-regulated investment advisors. Mr. Tallini graduated Summa cum Laude with a B.B.A. in accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant. **Please Note** - Our firm specializes solely in ESG investing and I believe I can provide insight into compliance programs and compliance oversight of ESG products and related policies and procedures.
