Chelsea Luzier

Chelsea Luzier is the Chief Compliance Officer at The Clarius Group, LLC in Seattle. In addition to her compliance role with Clarius, Chelsea also oversees investment operations and IT and is a member of the firm’s leadership group. Chelsea has been working in the investment industry in a variety of capacities since 2003. Early in her career, she worked as a registered client associate at a large broker-dealer/RIA. During her time in this role, Chelsea obtained her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation. Finding an interest in the regulatory and management environment, Chelsea first began working in supervisory functions in 2010. Through her work in her supervisory role, she began to focus her attention on the investment advisory piece of the business and subsequently managed the build out of a robust supervision program for this line of business. In 2019, Chelsea left this position to focus on compliance and operations within the Registered Investment Advisor space at The Clarius Group. In 2021, Chelsea obtained her Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCCP®) designation. Chelsea is the chairperson for the Northwest CCO Roundtable. This group is composed of compliance and legal roles for various firms with locations primarily in the northwest region of the country. The group meets regularly to discuss a variety of industry related topics and also hosts meetings specific to topics that are specific to the various firm types within the group.
