Danielle Grant

Danielle Grant serves as the Deputy Chief Compliance Officer of Fairfield, a fully integrated owner, operator and investment manager in the multifamily sector. Ms. Grant joined Fairfield in 2021 and is responsible for Fairfield’s regulatory compliance program. She sits on the firm’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) steering committee where she assists with guiding and implementing the firm’s ESG policy and reporting requirements. Ms. Grant also sits on the firm’s information technology vendor contract committee where she analyzes contracts for various elements such as personal identifiable information, privacy and overall network sensitivity. She has a 20+ year career working with registered investment advisors in the areas of compliance, risk and control management, and operations. She has held senior roles with Allianz Global Investors in San Diego, CA, The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, IL and most recently with Frontier Global Partners in La Jolla, CA. She is also a Certified Securities Compliance Professional (CSCP), and a board member of the Southern California Compliance Group (SCCG) and the National Society of Compliance Professionals (NSCP).
