David Nangle

Mr. Nangle serves as General Counsel of MKP Capital Management, L.L.C. and is responsible for all legal and regulatory matters involving the firm.  Prior to joining MKP in 2022, Mr. Nangle worked in the Investment Management group at Seward & Kissel LLP for almost nine years. During 2017, Mr. Nangle was seconded to the Investment Funds group at Simmons & Simmons LLP in London as part of his role at Seward & Kissel LLP. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nangle worked as an analyst at Tradar USA, a financial technology startup that has since been acquired by Eze Castle Integration.

Mr. Nangle received a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University. He is a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
