Noël Barnes

Noël is Director, Assistant General Counsel at Commonwealth Financial Network. In this role, Noël advises on a broad range of financial services industry issues related to brokerage and advisory services, as well as other various regulatory matters. Before joining Commonwealth, Noël worked in legal and regulatory roles at two other independent broker/dealer-RIAs.
