Paul Osterberg

Paul Osterberg is a technology-oriented financial services industry executive with deep expertise in IT, risk management, and cybersecurity. Also adept in the areas of strategic business planning, IT strategy, and complex project management. Over the past seven years, he has spent more than 15,000 hours building and executing information security programs as a Chief Information Security Officer to multiple organizations and completing over 300 Cybersecurity Risk Assessments. Paul was previously the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Marketing Officer of AFAM | Innealta Capital. He also worked at National Financial Partners (aka Kestra) as SVP, Operations & Systems. Prior to that he was at Deloitte Consulting. He has extensive experience serving insurance companies, banks, broker-dealers, investment advisors, and asset managers. Paul has a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He subsequently completed industry and technical studies at the University of Minnesota Cybersecurity Bootcamp, Columbia University in New York City and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
