Scott Bennewitz

Mr. Bennewitz serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for RK Capital Management, LLC, since joining the firm in September 2009. From 2007 to 2009, he acted as Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President, Finance for Welton Street Investments. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for Wm Smith & Company, an institutional broker/dealer. From 2002 to 2005, he served as Vice President/Assistant Controller for Curian Capital, a registered investment adviser, where he earned Series 7, 24 & 27 licenses. Mr. Bennewitz spent eleven years in various positions with Founders Asset Management, beginning as a Private Client Accountant in 1992 and leaving in 2002 as Vice-President/Controller. Mr. Bennewitz graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado, Boulder, CO. He received a Master's degree in Business Administration with honors from Regis University, Denver, CO. Mr. Bennewitz is a Certified Public Accountant.
