Stacy Bogert
Stacy Bogert is currently an Associate Director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement. She previously served as Assistant Director and Senior Counsel in the Division of Enforcement during her fifteen-year tenure, where she has investigated and litigated a broad variety of complex matters, including cases involving broker-dealers, investment advisers, accounting fraud, offering fraud, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, insider trading, crypto assets, and registration violations. She also served as a Special Assistant US Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia. Earlier in her career, Ms. Bogert was an associate with a law firm in New York and a law clerk to the Honorable Benson Everett Legg of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She received her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
