Jane Riley

Jane is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for The Leaders Group, Inc. and TLG Advisors, Inc. The Leaders Group is the leading independent broker-dealer in variable life insurance sales. She has been with The Leaders Group, Inc. since 1998. Jane upholds The Leaders Group's philosophy of facilitating compliant business. She strives to know each representative with the firm and make sure they are a person, not a number. Prior to joining Leaders, Jane spent 15 years in advertising and real estate sales, so she understands the challenges registered representatives face. Jane holds numerous FINRA designations, the Colorado life and health insurance license, as well as the exclusive Certified Securities Compliance Professional designation. She is a past chairman of the board of directors of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and has served as chair of the NSCP Publications, Meetings and Roundtable Committees. Jane is actively involved in local regulatory affairs and is founding member of the Denver Compliance Roundtable. She has written and spoken on compliance topics for many industry publications and organizations. Jane has a B. A. in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
