Kimberly Frederick

Kimberly L. Frederick is an Assistant Director in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, Asset Management Unit.  She is located in the SEC’s Denver Regional Office, where she overseas both unit and core attorneys.  Before joining the SEC, Ms. Frederick was a litigation associate in New York and Colorado.  Ms. Frederick received her J.D. degree, with high honors, from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  She is a member of the Colorado and New York State Bar.
