Margaret Dubil

Margaret A. Dubil, CRCP® Margaret Dubil is the Director of Surveillance for Stifel, Nicolaus, & Company, Incorporated and Stifel Independent Advisors. Her primary disciplines includes development and oversight of controls to identify sales practice risk within client account activity, managing product specific risks and firm wide disciplinary matters. Since entering the financial services industry, Ms. Dubil has held diverse roles between supervision, production, compliance and management. Her passions lie within sales practice compliance and securities regulation. She currently holds the Series 3, 4, 7, 9/10, 24, 53, 66 state insurance licenses and is a CRCP graduate. Margaret serves the industry by acting as a non-public arbitrator with FINRA Dispute Resolution.
